I’ve walked the same path you’re on — I was at Credit Suisse but knew something else was waiting for me but I didn’t what. After much research, I pivoted to a 400 person FinTech and my eyes were opened. Now I help mid- to senior-level investment banking employees figure out what’s next to achieve clarity and confidence.

I was a structured finance investment banker for 15 years — first at Merrill Lynch, then at Credit Suisse. I hit the 5-year point in my journey and started asking hard question: Is this it?  My health was suffering and I barely saw my wife and 2 kids. The pressure was increasing exponentially. However, I stayed… for the money.

Eventually, I jumped to Credit Suisse — more money, new team, fresh start. But the questions didn’t go away. After eight years, I was laid off. For the first time since college, I stepped back and reevaluated everything. I spoke with hundreds of professionals, explored new industries, and pivoted into FinTech then coaching.

Since then, I’ve helped 700 clients gain clarity and comfort on their journey to freedom.
